About using Autopilot: The figures for the stablest flight while using autopilot is around 350- 400kts. It helps to have you, the pilot, do most of the work. Once your plane is oriented in the direction and altitude of your choice, enabling autopilot should work quite well. The faster you go the more unstable AP becomes, I do recommend setting velocity control on and enabling pitch over alt lock should you want to fly supersonic. I good cruise throttle percent is around 75%, just for your reference.
